My Process

One size does not fit all.

Each client is unique and you don’t fit into any molds. My services are adaptable and meant to be designed for what you’re needing to find more freedom and empowerment through eating the foods that are right for you in a way that works for you.

Step 1

We start with a free consultation to answer your questions and learn how I can help you create more freedom and wellness through personalized meal prep and health education.  

Step 2

After talking, I will send you an easy to fill out client intake form. This provides me with baseline information regarding health goals, food sensitivities, preferences and where you’re needing support.

Step 3

If you’re wanting meal prep and cooking to be done in your home, then I will do an inventory of your pantry, familiarize myself with your kitchen and we will set up a plan as far as timing, type of meals and other logistics.
